Purchase terms

SkyStakes provides the Minecraft server and in-game content. Tebex is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for purchases made through this store.

Tebex checkout terms

Review Tebex’s terms and conditions before purchasing. The terms presented by Tebex during checkout apply to your purchase, including any regional terms. Payment questions and purchase requests can be directed to Tebex through your receipt.

Your player and package

Check the package description, quantity, and Minecraft username before continuing. The package details and any recurring billing schedule are shown by Tebex at checkout. Automatic delivery is handled by the server’s Tebex connection.

Chargebacks & payment disputes

If something is wrong with your order, contact our staff first — visit our support page. Most issues are resolved faster that way than through your bank or card issuer.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us results in a permanent ban from the SkyStakes server and forfeiture of the disputed package, without refund, until the dispute is withdrawn and resolved with Tebex.
